AMD lance les processeurs EPYC™ Embedded et Ryzen™ Embedded pour une expérience « Zen » sur toute la ligne

Les processeurs EPYC Embedded proposent jusqu’à 2,7X plus de performance par dollar1 tandis que les processeurs Ryzen Embedded offrent des performances2 GPU 3X supérieures.

 

Santa Clara, Californie – 21 février 2018 – AMD (NASDAQ : AMD) annonce ce jour le lancement de deux nouvelles familles de produits : les processeurs AMD EPYC™ Embedded 3000 et AMD Ryzen™ Embedded V1000 pour une nouvelle ère de processeurs embarqués haute performance. L’AMD EPYC Embedded 3000 apporte la puissance de l’architecture « Zen » à une nouvelle variété de marchés, et notamment ceux du réseau, du stockage ou de l’informatique de pointe. De son côté, AMD Ryzen Embedded V1000 vise l’imagerie médicale, les systèmes industriels, l’industrie du loisir ou encore les clients légers. Ces nouveaux processeurs AMD Embedded proposent une performance de pointe, une intégration exceptionnelle et une sécurité à même la puce.

  • Le système d’échographie Esaote MyLab™ 9 eXP pour l’imagerie médicale générale, l’obstétrique et les diagnostics cardiovasculaires, basé sur Ryzen Embedded V1000 et prévu pour une disponibilité dans le courant du troisième trimestre,
  • La plate-forme de jeu Quixant QX-70 4K Ultra HD à destination des casinos, basée sur Ryzen Embedded V1000 et disponible aujourd’hui,
  • Quatre produits Advantech basés sur Ryzen Embedded V1000, incluant une plate-forme intégrée à destination de l’industrie du loisir, un module Com-E haute performance pour les applications médicales, d’automatisation et de jeu et une carte mère mini-ITX embarquée.

Grâce au soutien de 16 partenaires majeurs, les clients peuvent acquérir des cartes et logiciels avec la technologie AMD EPYC Embedded 3000 et AMD Ryzen Embedded V1000. Et notamment :

Au-delà des performances, la sécurité reste une préoccupation majeure des clients en entreprise, qu’il s’agisse de proposer des switches haut de gamme, des clients légers ou des solutions intermédiaires. Les processeurs AMD EPYC Embedded et AMD Ryzen Embedded aident à la protection des données au niveau matériel grâce à l'intégration d'un processeur de sécurité et à des capacités matérielles de validation de la chaîne de démarrage pour assurer un lancement depuis des logiciels fiables. Qui plus est, la technologie Secure Memory Encryption (SME) empêche les accès non autorisés à la mémoire physique tandis que la technologie Secure Encrypted Virtualization (SEV) offre un niveau supplémentaire de dissuasion en chiffrant la mémoire de la machine virtuelle, sans changement de l’applicatif.
